  1. ### Any Social Media Count, must take into account the fact that Marketers create and Use Tons of Fake accounts in order to Market their Services. I Question the total!

  2. The cool thing about YouTube is that by bringing power to the people to make their own media content and publish it to others with like interests, it breaks the near monopoly that old media corps had over viewing content. It erodes corporate power, and undermines the old power structure. Now, in the process, it brings more power to Google, and this is concerning… We must keep vigilant…

  3. I bet those creators regret selling Youtube to Google now as their audience grew 20 time in 6 years. Now, monopolyist google is enforcing their dictatorial youtube page design with no customization on everyone to manipulate people to click / watch more video regardless of quality. .

  4. Without YouTube, the world would never have known just how evil Israel is and how they were responsible for the attacks on 9/11, along with our own Government.

    Thank you YouTube.

  5. Dear youtube, when you update your website, it's supposed to become BETTER not WORSE. They should revert back to the 2011 version of the site.

  6. I really hate dance crazes. Ever since the Charleston, people have been doing silly dances. Annoying.

  7. this reporter looks like a reformed criminal hahaha but sounds super nice.

  8. By using the word "Twinkie", you are referring to a certain body part that is laced?

    Been there, done that. 🙂

  9. Google makes amazing things and gives them away for free, nobody else would even consider taking a photo of every street in the world and just putting it online. Would you rather Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, or GoDaddy have this much power? Google gets in hot water for doing things like digitizing every book they can get their hands on and indexing them for free on the internet. I'd trust Googles simple, pragmatic, engineers thorough usefulness over any other company.

  10. Billion User… sure… even me have a 7 accounts 😀

  11. I'm having YouTube-ception now.

  12. 1 billion users, about 900 million are dicks. lol

  13. I was part of youtube back in 06, before it was cool.

  14. All that information gives Google power. And power tends to corrupt. I am not saying they are corrupted yet, I am just saying it makes a lot of sense to keep a close eye on them… Their moto is "don't be evil" and I suspect this was put in to try to keep the company from drifting in this direction in the future. They knew they'd come in to power, and knew that becoming evil was a major risk of having that power.

  15. Thumbs up if you are watching something on Youtube right now!

  16. what's so use full in this video?
this video is no more use full than the Nubba Nubba kid.

  17. whats so concering about bringing more power to google?

  18. don't forget the sock accounts, oh only 200,00 actual users? sad

  19. Number of accounts doesn't matter, its the number of hits/visitors you get every month that counts, youtube says they now get 1 billion UNIQUE visitors every month, thats 1 billion people and thats a massive number.

  20. Power tends to corrupt. What if they sell the information they collect about you to the CIA or big corps? I have privacy concerns, and 4th amendment concerns. All I am saying is that we should remain vigilant.

  21. You guys are over thinking things.

  22. There are many powerful companies which contribute much less value to society. From other tech companies like Facebook, Apple or EA to the really ruinous companies like Monsanto and the petrochemical and mining giants (Someone needs to do the jobs these companies do, but they're often just unscrupulous) or the market speculators that trade in peoples lives, to private military contractors.

We should never be unquestioning. But Google is a model of corporate responsibility in comparison.
